I’ve been struggling with the same issue for more than 60 days now.
Every time I contact Amazon support, I receive different and conflicting answers from different representatives.
We have followed every instruction exactly as requested — submitted a full appeal, supporting documents, delivery and system verification reports, even technical evidence — yet our account remains deactivated with no clear reason or consistent feedback.
What’s even more frustrating is that other sellers with the same issue have already been reinstated after providing much less documentation. This inconsistency is extremely discouraging.
At this point, we just want a fair and transparent review — not automated or copy-paste replies.
If any Amazon representative or moderator sees this, please take a moment to review our last post on our profile, where we clearly detailed the entire process.
We’ve done everything asked from us, multiple times.
All we’re asking now is for someone to finally review the evidence we submitted and provide a real, human response.
