How to Use Audience Insights to Improve Your Product Detail Pages

In our previous post, we discussed how Audience Insights can help you refine your product listings and reach new customers. Now, let's take a closer look at how to leverage this powerful feature.

First, you'll need to gather some key information:

  • If you already have a product listed, collect the ASIN(s) and category.
  • If you're researching a new product, search for similar items on Amazon to find the ASIN(s) and category.

Then, head over to Ads Planner and generate Audience Insights based on your ASIN(s) and category. This will provide you with valuable demographic, behavioral, and Prime Video viewership data that you can use to optimize your product detail page. Hint - use your ASIN list as the audience for your Conversion goal, and your Categories for the Consideration goal.

Here's how you can use these insights:

  • Tailor your product description and keywords to match the interests and search habits of your target audience.
  • Experiment with different product categories to see which ones resonate best with your shoppers.
  • Also try the Image generator, it is easy to develop product images that visually appeal to your target demographic and behavioral profiles.
