Despite opening multiple cases with your support team, I have not received a resolution. This email required me to upload verification documents to validate my company. Unfortunately, due to this oversight, my account balance remains on hold.

Today, I attempted to follow up on that email by clicking the provided yellow button labeled "Upload the Documents." After clicking the button, I was redirected to a page instructing me to enter the email address associated with my Amazon account. However, upon entering my registered email address, I repeatedly encountered an error.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to proceed further.

I kindly request your guidance and support to resolve this issue. Please assist me in completing the required verification process so that my account balance can be released. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
