Returns/Refunds on trading cards

Hello,

We have been selling trading cards (Sports & Pokemon) for years and I cannot believe that Amazon is STILL allowing customers to return the products and offering them a full refund (either resealed with the good cards stolen, empty packaging or replacing the cards with actual playing cards).

I report customer after customer (some purchasing over a span of a year + all while getting refunds and stealing product) putting us out thousands and thousands of dollars .

As small business owners, this puts a tremendous stress on our business and is frankly flat out abuse of Amazon’s own return policies.

When will Amazon finally stop being the only platform accepting returns on such products?
