Chinese Sellers Listing Fake Reviews Scandal

I am fed up of Amazon ignoring Chinese sellers hijaking listings and deceiving American customers. Let me explain you in detail ASIN B0CLR5H5TW is a listing of face cream with 1002 ratings . The funny thing is none of the ratings are related to the actual cream being sold. It seems the chinese seller has hijacked a listing and inherited a 1000 rating and thereby gained a seo advantage for key word azelaic acid on amazon. This is horrible and Amazon is doing nothing about it . One of the ratings below is as follows ( unbelievable)
