Currently unavailable when product is active

Hello,

I have an item that we are selling and the listing says its active but when I click on the product it says that its currently unavailable. I have updated the inventory days ago and it still says currently unavailable when clicking the product. I have also checked the "vacation" setting and its currently turned off. I do not know what else it can be. We are still waiting on a GTIN exemption, but I do not believe that is the issue. What methods can I use to resolve this issue?

I’ve worked with sellers who had the exact same issue, and in most cases, it's due to back-end listing settings or suppressed listing visibility even if it looks “active” on your end.
