Amazon Product Reviews
Before buying a product in Amazon, I first check the reviews. However, on some listings, they only show the positive reviews and hide the negative or critical reviews. To me, the negative review is more important in selecting which product I choose to buy. Is it the seller or is it Amazon who is preventing would be buyers from accessing the negative reviews ?

I agree that looking at reviews is a critical step in the shopping experience, but am not aware of cases where reviews would display differently and emphasize only positive or only negative reviews.
