Account Deactivated due to Video call verification
Hello Everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Amazon Seller Central account, which has been deactivated for a while due to face verification.
I managed to schedule a video call and provided supplier documents, but they were rejected. Since then, I’ve opened several cases and contacted the Account Health team without success. Now, the “Call Me” option has been removed, and I’m unable to create any new cases.
I’ve offered to provide any documents Amazon requires, but I haven’t received a response and currently have no way to reach them.
If anyone has faced a similar issue or can offer guidance, I’d truly appreciate your help.
