AGAIN Another A-to-Z theft which amazon helps the thieves!!!!

Hello everyone,

I would like to share an issue I recently experienced regarding an A-to-Z Guarantee claim, which I believe reflects a clear unfairness in the process.

For Order ID 702-3794483-7088238, the customer ordered 2 units and in their own claim statement they explicitly confirmed receiving both units. The package was delivered and signed for under FedEx Tracking ID 882258235985. In other words, the order was completely fulfilled with no shortfall or missing items.

Despite this, Amazon’s decision was to grant the customer a full refund. This outcome means that the buyer keeps the products and also receives a full refund, which constitutes unjust enrichment and directly harms the seller who has fully complied with all obligations.

I filed an appeal (Case ID: 18461938231) and clearly provided evidence including proof of delivery, but the response I received was negative, and the decision was upheld. From my perspective, this is both inconsistent with Amazon’s own A-to-Z Guarantee policy and deeply unfair to sellers.

I believe cases like this undermine trust in the system. Sellers are left unprotected even when they fulfill their obligations completely, while buyers end up benefiting unjustly.

I wanted to raise awareness of this situation here in the forum and hear if other sellers have experienced similar outcomes.

Thank you for your time.

What was the reason for the claim?

Are you shipping from MX?

Are you buying FedEx labels via Amazon?
