Canceled Orders
We are having a serious issue with orders being canceled, both with FBA & FBM.
For example, as of June 7th trailing 30 days we had the following stats (each row pertains to an ASIN)
We have a few cases open related to this but the oldest one is now about 5 weeks old. Seller support has barely been communicating with us. We don't know what's been ruled out, what the root cause could be, actually, we know as much today as we did when we created the case.
Our losses are stockpiling, each ASINS BSR and organic ranking has deteriorated and we are now having to cut workers hours. We need help to pinpoint the issue and work toward a resolution.
Anyone have experience with this?

86 orders, 47 cancelled (54.65% cancellation rate)
60 orders, 49 cancelled (81.67% cancellation rate)
15 orders, 6 cancelled (40% cancellation rate)
89 orders, 13 cancelled (14.61% cancellation rate)
177 orders, 19 cancelled (10.73% cancellation rate)
21 orders, 6 cancelled (28.57% cancellation rate)
19 orders, 5 cancelled (26.32% cancellation rate)

Are you running subscribe and save? These cancellations are normal from people getting the deal one time and that's it.
Is this your own product or something you buy? How many other sellers are there? Is it possible they are competitors tying up your inventory?
Are they bulk orders or singles? If Bulk quantities have you tried limiting the number of units they can buy at once?

Set a a maximum orders per customer from your inventory listing. To edit, go to your inventory>Edit>offer>Maximum Order Quantity. You can set this to 5 only per customer or depends on you.

I am seeing the same issue, but can only get this information if I search Orders by ASIN. Otherwise, "cancelled" orders don't show on my order page.

This is happening to me now,
62% cancel rate last days (Vs 15% YoY)
Literally makes no sense, I've changed nothing, most of it is on the same exact product as well.
