Urgent Help Needed: Sponsored Product Ads Not Delivering Impressions or Clicks
Hey there, Fellow Sellers and Amazon Support Team,
We are experiencing an issue with our Sponsored Products campaigns that started on January 23rd and continue to this day.
All the Sponsored Products campaigns stopped delivering Impressions or Clicks.
This happens to all of our product portfolios.
The Sponsored Brands Videos and Collections are working, and the problem is only at the Sponsored Products level.
We have taken the following steps to ensure the campaigns run smoothly:
1) Ensured campaigns are active and not out of budget.
2) Confirmed bids are competitive based on historical data.
3) Checked if the product is still active and in stock.
4) Reviewed keywords to ensure they are relevant and not disapproved.
5) Checked the products to see if there were no policy violations or suspensions on the product or account level.
6) We contacted support via Case ID 17094750241 but with no resolution.
Since this issue is severely impacting my ad performance and sales, I would appreciate your urgent assistance in identifying and resolving the cause.
Please check if my campaigns have been affected by a system issue, moderation block, or another limitation.
Any advice, insights, or support would be greatly appreciated!

If you haven't already, I would recommend completing standard troubleshooting tasks like clearing cache and cookies, or trying to access via a new browser, in case an easy fix is available. I have also connected this thread to our points of contact with the Amazon Advertising team. we have the same problem, we have 133 sponsored products campaigns and only one is working. amazon support hasn't solve the issue yet. if somebody knows something please post it here
