¡Hola, vendedores!

Hello Amazon Mexico Moderators,
I am requesting moderator assistance regarding Order 701-5995661-7519439 and Seller Support Case 22411633461.
The original A-to-Z claim was granted because the package had not arrived within the expected delivery period. We understand the basis of that original decision.
However, after the seller-funded refund of MXN 5,004.48 was issued on September 25, 2026, FedEx subsequently delivered the merchandise to the buyer’s residential address on September 28, 2026 at 4:10 PM.
FedEx tracking number 877084854280 confirms the shipment as delivered and identifies O. TILIA LOPEZ as the recipient.
We appealed the claim and submitted the updated FedEx delivery evidence. Amazon informed us that any recharge would require the buyer’s direct authorization.
Following Amazon’s guidance, we contacted the buyer twice through Buyer-Seller Messaging, but we have not received a response.
We then opened Seller Support Case 22411633461 specifically requesting review of the post-refund delivery. Seller Support informed us that the case had been forwarded to the Claims Team and that Selling Partner Support could not provide further information.
Several days have now passed without a resolution.
The buyer currently has both the merchandise and the full refund of MXN 5,004.48.
We understand that Amazon cannot recharge the buyer without the buyer’s authorization, and we are not requesting an unauthorized charge.
We respectfully request moderator assistance and escalation for manual review of the post-refund delivery, including whether seller reimbursement, account credit, recovery, return, or another appropriate seller-side resolution is available.
We would also appreciate review of the related Order Defect Rate impact in light of the confirmed delivery evidence.
This request concerns what occurred after the refund, not simply another appeal of the original late-delivery decision.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Amazon Mexico Moderators,
I am requesting moderator assistance and escalation regarding A-to-z Guarantee claim for order 701-2089549-1596227.
Seller Support Case: 21943575701
I previously posted this escalation, but I discovered that the discussion was accidentally created in the Canada Seller Forum instead of the Mexico Seller Forum. This order and A-to-z claim belong to Amazon Mexico, so I am reposting it here for review by the appropriate Amazon Mexico team.
The original A-to-z claim was granted because the buyer had not received the package by the expected delivery date.
During the claim, I clearly informed Amazon that the FedEx shipment had not yet been returned to me and that I would refund the buyer once the merchandise was returned.
I repeatedly contacted the buyer asking him to complete delivery, and I even offered to pay the customs charges so that the shipment could be released.
Amazon nevertheless issued the buyer a 100% refund.
After Amazon issued the full refund, the buyer subsequently took possession of the shipment.
FedEx tracking 875202211869 confirms that the merchandise was successfully delivered on September 7, 2026, with signature confirmation.
I contacted the buyer again after delivery, asking him to arrange payment/rebilling through Amazon or return the merchandise. The buyer has not responded.
The buyer therefore currently has both:
– the merchandise, and
– the full Amazon refund.
I opened Seller Support Case 21943575701 and submitted the official FedEx Proof of Delivery as new evidence.
Unfortunately, Seller Support did not address the post-refund delivery. They only repeated that the order should originally have been delivered by August 13.
That is not the issue I am asking Amazon to investigate.
I am asking Amazon to investigate what happened AFTER THE REFUND: the buyer received the merchandise after already receiving a full refund and has neither returned the merchandise nor responded to my messages.
I respectfully request moderator escalation for:
1. Reimbursement of the full amount debited from my seller account.
2. Removal of the related ODR / Account Health defect.
3. Review of the complete Buyer-Seller Messaging history.
4. Review of the buyer’s conduct after receiving the Amazon refund.
Please escalate this matter for manual review by the appropriate Amazon Mexico A-to-z team.
Thank you.
