On September 12, 2024 our Canada seller account was deactivated because of product authenticity concerns, I would like to provide some context regarding the product authenticity concern raised in connection with ASIN B0B8PD95K3.
This and all the items were purchased directly from Amazon.com and seller was Amazon.com Services Inc. In other words, the product originated from Amazon’s own retail operation and not through any third-party seller. We have attached the official invoice to confirm this in our appeals.
We purchased all the products from amazon.com and shipped to our contracted warehouse. Since our business operates internationally, we rely on our contracted prep center — Shiptroy LLC — for product intake, relabeling, and FBA preparation.
This process is conducted under a formal contract to ensure compliance with Amazon’s requirements. Once repackaged, the item was sent to an Amazon FBA warehouse and delivered to the end customer. Tracking details and the service agreement are attached in our appeals.
Considering the product was sourced exclusively from Amazon’s own platform and all stages of the supply chain are fully documented, we believe the authenticity concern may have resulted from incomplete context or an internal misinterpretation.
