We received this feedback on July 3 and wanted to remove it, but Amazon did not remove it, we ask your help to remove this feedback which is not for this order. The reasons are the following:
1, After receiving this feedback, we contacted the customer at the first time, and really want to solve the problem, and the customer replied: Sorry for the previous message, it was a mistake and I am very happy with your product (Lamento el mensaje anterior, fue un error y estoy muy contento con su producto). So this feedback was a mistake and not related to this order. Please find the customer’s reply in the attached screenshot.
2, This feedback did not described the quality of the product, or described the delivery/service experience, the content is invalid, without no substantive information, the customer expressed nothing.
3, The customer gave such feedback may cause misunderstanding to our other customers who want to buy our products, but this feedback will give no help to other customers, because it was without any substantive information.
