My product inventory was previously judged to be: consumer button batteries. We submitted the compliance certificate and the product has been approved, but the inventory was wrongly marked as: defective products. I asked the seller for help, but the seller told me that I could only remove the inventory, I wanted to check my inventory, but the seller also told me that there was no relevant way, is there any other way, this is not reasonable, my product has been normally sold before, we do not even have the relevant way to appeal. case ID:16561210971

We don't have an option perform bin check to find out the exact reason or move them to sellable as this process was only done by Amazon warehouse team.
Please be informed once the units are moved to defective, Fulfillment center can’t provide more details regarding the defective units and notifications you received about the compliance.
