Dropshipping violation even when I never dropship

Greetings @riceice,
I got a drop shipping in performance review
I understand you receive notification of a review of your account due to drop shipping. I would like to provide some clarity to the policy and resources for you to utilize while your account is in review.
I use a prep center , but they only FBA the inventory
The Amazon Drop Shipping policy does state that allowing a third-party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf is not acceptable unless it is clear to the customer that you are the seller of record. Does this prep center do that? Did you and this prep center sign an agreement, which states you will be the seller of record on all invoices, packaging, and packing slips?
It is important to be represented on the items you are sending to your customers so they know who they purchased the item from, who to approach when they have issues or need to ask questions in regards to their orders, and so the trust between yourself and your buyers remains strong. Creating confusion for your buyers leads to a negative buyer experience.
Does the prep center remove packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information that might identify someone other than you as the seller? When you say "they only FBA the inventory," are you meaning they only prep the items to send to the Amazon fulfillment center? Who ships the merchant fulfillment orders, you or someone else?
Ultimately I ask these questions in order to determine the root cause of the account review being triggered.
message does not say what do they want if i dont do dropshipping,
Looking over the notification you received, I do see it states what you can do in order to help the review along-
How do I expedite the review of my account?
If you believe there has been an error or you would like to expedite the review process, submit an explanation to selleraccount-review@amazon.com. Your explanation should include evidence or examples that demonstrate your account complies with our Drop Shipping policy. This may include:
-- Evidence of inventory to support your sales. This should include invoices or receipts from your supplier. When sending this documentation, note the following:
1. The documents must reflect your sales volume over the last 365 days.
2. You must include the business details for your supplier, including the business name, business phone number, business address, and website. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier’s information.
3. You can remove the pricing information from the documents, but the rest of the document must be visible.
4. You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.
5. Evidence that you are an authorized retailer or supplier for your listings.
6. If you have employed a third-party drop-shipping service, provide evidence of this agreement and authorization for access to your account.
7. If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review.
Do you have invoices or receipts that can reflect your sales volume over the last year? I suggest reviewing the above requirements and provide all documentation to show you had these items in stock and, thus, not drop shipping. I would also provide documentation showing the agreement you have with this third-party if they are the ones who are shipping items to your customers. These are not all requirements, but they would help the review of your account.
The forums community and I are here to support you, so do not hesitate to post relevant updates and ask further questions here.
All the best,
Stevie
