Brand Registry - 2D barcode with a “T” logo
How is possible that an Amazon seller registered a trademark under class 039 (not related to what he is selling) and created listings on Amazon under another product trademark and create listing as if is the owner and buy 2D barcode with a “T” logo, and them give IP complaints to whoever sell it on another listing that he is not on.
I have proof that it was bought directly from an authorized distributor but is not fair because he is not the owner of the trademark that he is giving the complaint.
How Amazon allows to buy 2D barcode with a “T” logo without been the owner of the brand.
