Amazon Keeps Rejecting Verified Invoices – No Response to My Appeal
I have been trying to get my Amazon seller account reactivated, but Amazon keeps rejecting my appeal with no valid reason.
I have submitted 100% legitimate invoices from Frontier Co-op (a well-known supplier), along with:
✅ Order Confirmation
✅ Payment Proof
✅ Delivery Proof
✅ Supply Chain Documents
Despite submitting these multiple times, my appeal keeps getting rejected with copy-paste responses saying my documents are "insufficient." Yet, Amazon refuses to explain what is missing or wrong!
I contacted Account Health Support, but they just tell me to “review my performance notifications” without actually resolving the issue. My last case has been ignored completely.
I Demand Immediate Action:
1️⃣ A real review of my documents by an actual specialist.
2️⃣ A detailed explanation of why my legitimate invoices are not accepted.
3️⃣ Immediate reactivation of my account because I have followed all Amazon policies correctly.

"Forcing" Amazon to respond is a bit like "forcing" the sun not to rise in the morning. I'm afraid they are a law unto themselves and threats have no impact whatsoever.

what were you deactivated for? you're assuming it had to do with counterfeit inventory it seems. you'll have to share the exact reason for deactivation. don't use chat gpt to tell us this either.
