Why can I not upload the document to reconcile discrepancy?
Hello, there,
I found a warn on the Shipment summary of my account, which is
"Amazon has received your shipment and a discrepancy has been found in one or more of your items. Review the details and status of each discrepancy below."
I found the status is "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed. Learn More"
When I clicked" Learn More", it shows me the following description of this message:
Amazon has investigated the delivered boxes or pallets and associated units, and the received units have been confirmed at our fulfillment centers. These products are no longer eligible for research. If you have information that helps us locate any of these units that are missing, contact Selling Partner Support.
However, when I click "Selling Partner Support", they requested me to input shipment ID, and then showed me the shipment ID is "eligible for investigation".
The information is opposite. And I am not able to upload the document to reconcile discrepancy there.
I also uploaded two related documents on Shipment summary page and provided additional information there. However, when I click" Preview your request", it showed me
"Status / Action not provided
Please select an option for each product under the "Status / Action Required" column in order to submit this request."
I don't know how to solve such an issue. Can any one tell me how to do now?
