My Seller Account has been diactivated evern after I have submitted requested documents
My amazon seller account was deactivated for identify verification reasons. I was asked to send a utility bill with my address and I have done this many times.
I keep getting the same response: "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
I have checked all the areas of the account to make sure all the address and personal details are correct and match the utility bill exactly.
I have also tried to contact amazon seller support on this account but this option is not available. The only option was through the "get help" section, but I just keep getting an automatic reply saying: "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel." When I follow the instructions I end up back at the same place.
Please can someone from seller support contact me to explain what I further information I need to submit to reactivate my account. This has been going on for months now.

What was the violation? Copy and paste here Amazon's email about the deactivation.
That will not go to happen. Seller support never contacts a seller and never explains for what reason they took a measure.
Amazon is a self-service platform and is working with Artificial Intelligence. Each seller must study the help pages in seller central and watch the videos in Seller University.
In fact, it's not the task of seller support to teach selling on Amazon to every new seller.
The artificial intelligence will answer based on the keywords in your question. But at the end of the day - YOU are the one supposed to find the solution. Using seller central is like using a big machine. YOU have to know how to set it and what buttons you have to press.
