Ridiculous amount of Amazon messages in two hours

Have had my account on inactive because of an injury.

This morning I receive a message from Amazon they want me to update my payment information because the account is inactive, so I do that.

Within two hours I have six more messages from Amazon wanting me to reverify all my account information and identity information (including one in Spanish), the last one two hours after the first says they're going to suspend the account because they've made repeated requests for updated information which haven't been complied with.

Think I've reached my end point, I've been with them for 15 years and now this?

I never post because I'm sure they monitor who criticizes them but I no longer care, seven messages in two hours and it's too long a time complying?
