Subscription fee Refund

I am trying to get a Professional subscription refund. If Amazon looks at my log in information they will see I have not used it for the month in question and I would like to cancel and get a refund even if it is prorated.

Can anyone assist. I wanted to start doing Amazon selling again, but I have come into hardship. This is why I am cancelling. Maybe I will come back in the future.

I put in a case and was automatically declined but I have not used the tools and features for the month in question.

Can I be refunded , very hard to find help , since the seller side has little support

Have you downgraded to the individual account?

New sellers who sign up, do not use any service (listing anything for sale would count as using the service), and who downgrade may be eligible for refund of that one month's fee.

If you are not downgrading, you are not eligible for refund.

You are only eligible for a refund if you have not ever used any of the professional tools. If you have previously used them, you will not be eligible for a refund, and there are no partial, pro-rated refunds on subscription fees.

You are eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days

Based on how you described the above, it appears you may have previously used professional tools and features at some point before wanting to get a refund. If that is the case, you will not be eligible for a refund here.

If you have already opened a case asking for a refund and were provided with an answer, there is nothing further that can be done here.
