I did not sell or use the category as a professional seller. I request that my 39.99 be refunded since I am not satisfied with the application and it was subject to a 14-day trial offer. Therefore, I will cancel it but first I demand a refund of that money. Thank you.

Unfortunately, this is not a communications platform with Amazon. These are just forums where regular sellers like you and me can see messages like this.
I would advise caution if you are interested in cancelling this service/getting a refund for this charge. This would not be the right channel to do so and your situation would not be resolved.

Desafortunadamante, en estos forums solamente hay vendedores en la plataforma de Amazon como tu y yo y tabmien hay algunos empleados que son "moderators". Entiendo que quieres un reembolso y te queria avisar que nada va a pasar si solamente escribes que quieres un reembolso en estos forums. Te recommiendo que esperes que un moderator reponda aqui para ver si te pueden ayudar conseguir un reembolso.

You can request a refund for the professioanl selling plan by contacting seller support.
But first, make sure that the account is downgraded to the individual plan. Follow the steps in this help page, after you downgrade it, then click on the seller support link above and create a case requesting a refund.
