Most of my orders going to cancel by amazon without customer cancellation
I wonder why my orders are going to cancel within minutes or few hours when they go to pending. They are not cancelled by customer. I spend money on advertizing and get few orders which are cancelled automatically. Do most of the customers who order me have authorization problem ??? Is it possible ??? I am so upset because of this. Why should I advertize then. How can I grow my business in this situation. Why Amazon is so hostile to me.

First 30 minutes in pending, the order can be cancelled by the Buyer without the Seller being involved.
Pending longer than 30 minutes, if Seller is doing the shipping, it means there is a problem with Buyer's payment and order will be cancelled if the payment problem can not be solved.
If FBA, all orders are pending until the item is shipped. Payment problems may cause order cancellation or the Buyer can cancel (without penalty) while it is pending.

You won't get any cancellation notification for pending orders. If a customer decides to cancel an order that is still pending, it will be cancelled automatically.
