Feedback Removal Request - Buyer Switcharoo Return Fraud

A few weeks ago a bad actor attempted a switcharoo during the return process and failed. It was a full on attempt to defraud us, they attempted to reseal the factory shrink wrap on a brand new product they ordered, swapped the new unit for their old/damaged unit, swapped protective plastic onto their old unit, the whole 9.

We reached out, let them know they returned the incorrect item (serial number did not match) and gave them instructions on what to do next.

Initially we received pushback, the bad actor asked me to "cancel the return" - "send the item back" - and threatened a chargeback.

I reiterated the unit's serial number did not match what was originally sent, I sent them instructions once again on where to return the original unit. They have failed to do that, failed to convince customer service reps to give them a refund, failed to open an A to Z (they likely can't anymore due to past abuse), and failed to threaten us further.

The morning of 6/30/2024 they left a horrible negative feedback on my page after exhausting all other avenues to get a refund after their fraud attempt, one that contains false accusations, blatant lies, and damages my reputation.

I would appreciate a mods help in getting it removed as it is retaliatory and a last ditch effort to extort us.
