Canada Medical Device - Appeal Issue
I'm having an issue in the Amazon Canadian Marketplace. I have my licenses filled in the Safety and Compliance tab, but I've been asked for the same documents again (e.g., Case ID 16758122231).
I contacted Seller Support, and they confirmed they could find the license in the listing (Case ID 17203273231), but my listing is still removed. This has been a really confusing appeal experience. Any advice?

Our best recommendation will be for you to review and confirm the documentation you are sending has the information they are looking for, also very important the details should match with the details of the manufacturer provided in the detail page. Otherwise, they will keep asking you for the documentation.
