- Navigate to "Orders" > "Manage Orders"

- You can also use the "Order Reports" under "Reports" menu

- Look for the "Status" column which shows:

* Pending

* Shipped

* Delivered

* Returned

You can use the search filters to find specific orders by date range, order ID, or status.

2. Viewing Return Reasons:

- Go to Seller Central

- Navigate to "Reports" > "Returns"

- Select "Customer Returns" report

- Here you'll find:

* Return reason provided by customer

* Return status

* Item condition upon return

* Date of return initiation

Additional Tips:
