We have liability insurance coverage for US and Canada is covered as well. We received an "ACTION required" email "As a reminder, you must obtain and maintain commercial liability insurance within 30 days after you exceed CAD $10,000 in gross proceeds in sales in one month on Amazon.ca, or if otherwise requested by Amazon per section 9 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement with the policy naming Amazon as additional insured."
Fine, I tried upload the certificate on Canada side(US is fully verified and valid) however Canada has nowhere under business information to upload. Seller support tells me "don't worry about this, if the US side is okay and Canada is covered you are fine"
That is NOT true, case id is 15703176941.
