Amazon stopped selling my Products outright because of customer complaints

My account received a complaint from a customer that "Product won't light up" , and Amazon discontinued my product. I have over tens of thousands of LED lighting products in my store, and I unfortunately can't guarantee that every product will work properly, so I will send an email to the customer when the problem occurs again, and whether or not I want to be compensated or re-replaced for free.

I will also collect the problems and give feedback to the factory and strengthen the quality control of the products. Even with my best efforts, it's really sad that Amazon still discontinued my product because of a complaint.

I filed a complaint and provided the information he needed. A few hours later the Amazon review team sent me an email telling me that my review passed and I could continue selling. 22 hours have passed since this email and my product is still in unsellable status, I don't know why this is, customer service told me my product is restricted 。。。。。
