Amazon Should Review Vine Reviews Before Publishing - Remove Reviews with Assumption-Based Feedback
I have unfortunately experienced a situation where a Vine Reviewer did not thoroughly read my product description before leaving a review. My product is specifically designed for comfortable use in the kitchen, bathroom, pantry, and office. However, this particular reviewer used the product in a "MotorCoach" while "Driving" and claimed that it was bouncing and falling down. It is clearly stated in the product description and usage instructions where the product is intended to be used.
Once reviews are posted, there is currently no way to remove them from public visibility, which is negatively impacting my sales. However, it is important to note that I do not seek solely positive product reviews from Vine reviewers. I appreciate receiving conservative feedback to improve my product and provide better service to customers.
Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to Vine Reviewers directly in response to their public reviews, which limits the opportunity to address their reviewing approach. Additionally, these reviews cannot be removed.
Overall, it is crucial for Amazon to review Vine reviews more carefully before publishing them and consider removing assumption-based reviews that do not accurately reflect the product's intended use.

Hi @Seller_D2gkxaYlrHRiN,
We appreciate you calling out your pursuit of authentic reviews, whether they be positive or negative. We always encourage authentic and truthful reviews from our Vine Voices.
I can definitely understand your frustration here. Although it sounds like this particular vine voice may have used the product improperly, it was still an authentic experience on their end.
Without knowing the exact ASIN or product in question, I can only offer the advice to utilize this review as an opportunity to add an explicit note about where not to use the product.
If you ever do receive a review that is abusive, please be sure to report it. You can view instructions on how to report an abusive review on our community guidelines page.

Hi @Seller_D2gkxaYlrHRiN
Our listing had a similar experience with the Vine program.
We received a review claiming they threw the product in the trash (did not state why) and then asked for a replacement. We sent one, but then investigated their public profile and they pull that a lot.
Their entire public profile was Vine reviews of them saying they threw products in the trash, and requesting replacements. We opened several cases with Amazon not just about our product, but about a fraudulent Vine reviewer.
They couldn't have cared less.

Hi @Tatiana_Amazon ,
Having a very similar issue, where the Vine Reviewer is reviewing the product showing a video in its brand new packaging.
Pretty clear this customer is not actually using the product, and selling it after getting it for free. As for all the others reviews on her page the product is also in its new packaging.
Its a shame that we pay to have top reviewers use our product and leave an honest and authentic experience, yet a lot of them engage in this practice.
I would appreciate if you can look into this specific reviewer.
