$850 Package lost at UPS Store after attempted delivery
Tracking attached above - do I have any recourse here or should I refund the order?
It looks like there was one attempted delivery, then UPS lost the package on the way to the UPS store. It’s a signature required package too. Thanks UPS!
I’m thinking of having the customer initiate an A-Z claim to see if Amazon will cover it?

If you used Amazon Buy Shipping and the package was scanned in on time, Amazon should cover the A2Z. Either way, I would not refund the customer until the product was back in my hands.

Pretty certain an A-to-Z would just result in reversal of the funds from your account back to the customer. Your problem here is with UPS, not Amazon. That’s not Amazon’s responsibility to rescue. Hopefully you purchased adequate insurance with UPS & can start a claim to be refunded for their error. Amazon’s Policy:
Note: If sellers ship on time using Amazon’s Buy Shipping, sellers are protected against A-to-z Guarantee Claims if the claim is related to delivery issues. Under those circumstances, even a granted claim will not impact your account health, although you may still be responsible for reimbursing the buyer.

I believe that Amazon’s INR A-z guarantee claims only covers for status - “Delivered”.
Lost packages would require a filing with UPS.

if package was insured the next step is to file a claim with ups
