Ads are using budget within 1 hour, recomended budget is $1850/day
I usually run ads with a $100/day budget. Normally the budget is not even used up within a day. I have about 1500 products which are are being sponsored.
Since last week, my budget is being spent before 7am and Amazon is now recommending $1850/day instead of $100-200/day. What is going on?
Also, my buy box dropped to 1% from 9% in the same period.

Sounds like you are in a good position for Amazon to suck out all of your profit. Do you still have any profit remaining for yourself? Hope they were all sell thoughts.

Considering that you made your opening post some 4 weeks ago, I hope that the recommended budget has gone down. Four weeks ago would have been right around the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deal promotions. The keywords and the associated volume as elected for PPC by sellers will cause the spend to rise. Hopefully that is what you experienced.
