Amazon doesn't follow feedback removal policies
Hi @Quincy_Amazon please look into case 16845187381. I used Amazon buy shipping and there was an issue with the carrier who damaged the item while in transit. We packaged the item well but the box arrived completely mangled. We would like to get the feedback removed however Amazon's bots replied instead of a human being reviewing it. The auto replies are unacceptable when it's an appeal.
