More A-Z Claim Fraud

ORD 701-3052811-3252262

This claim is absolutely invalid.

Amazon's return policy states that third party merchants can choose to not provide prepaid retrun shipping labels. This is also reflected in our shipping policy. The customer requested to return this item, which we authorized and provided an unpaid prepaid label.

However, when they realized that the shipping fees were on them, they submitted a claim indicating that the item is defective. We have examined the item upon return and it is absolutely functioning as described. The customer simply used the A-Z claim process to get around our return policy.

We were not only charged for the return fees but our ODR was also impacted.

Looking for some help from Amazon to look into this as Seller Support is completely useless in addressing these concerns.

Hello @Seller_3yVIo0YUmsk4l,

Thank you for bringing this to Amazon Forums.

I have reviewed this order and the AtoZ claim tied to it, and I see you still have the option to dispute by accessing the claim in your Seller Central account. Since you still have the option "respond to Amazon", we need you to first complete the established process. Once you have appealed this and the team has provided the final outcome, we will be able to escalate it.

At this moment, we are not allowed to escalate it because the established process has not been exhausted.

Thank you for the comprehension.
