Multiple Seller Accounts for Selling Same Products
I want to know, does Amazon allow a person to use multiple different legal entities to register multiple companies and then use these companies to open seller accounts on Amazon, where multiple accounts simultaneously sell the same product?
When I was conducting market research, through business information review, I found that some company addresses were very similar. Then, I entered the company as a job seeker and chatted with their internal employees. I found that this company with more than a dozen people actually had more than a dozen Amazon seller accounts at the same time, and basically everyone had one store running. What's even more terrifying is that all the products sold on their Amazon seller accounts were the same. However, their number of employees in the business information registration is less than 5, indicating that these companies only purchase social insurance for up to 5 people, and other employees do not receive any local legal social security provisions.
Based on the information I found on Amazon.com, I found that this category is gradually being monopolized by them. This phenomenon makes it very difficult for me as a new seller to do business on Amazon, and buyers are also unable to see more interesting other products. I feel very frustrated that Amazon allows some illegal companies to provide products and services on the platform. Perhaps Amazon may not be the best sales platform, and I am considering whether to establish my own sales website through Shopify.

It has been going on for years; if Amazon catches them, all the connected/linked accounts will be suspended. Unfortunately, Amaozn is flooded with all types of underhanded practices, blackhat tactics, and dishonest sellers. Amazon is constantly playing Whac-A-Mole; they get rid of one, and a dozen more pop up.
Here is Amazon's policy on Multiple Accounts:
Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy.
Selling policies and seller code of conduct.

Hello @Seller_gcd0rTnf5ehdM
Thank you for posting in the Forums.
As @medic noted, our policy states that a seller may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which they sell unless they have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of the accounts are in good standing.
I have linked a help page below to report a violation if you believe that a violation is occurring. All reports received are thoroughly investigated by Amazon.

That wouldn't work as you will find the same image for 10+ "legit" brands. All come from the same Chinese manufacturer and get imprinted with 15 different brand names. Each is a legit listing on Amazon.....

Chinese sellers they can do that by using VPN or superbrower, its hard for amazon to catches them. and I dont think Amazon even care. I see sellers using different account sell same product so when buyers search the product , they will have more chance to exposure. unlike usa base companies, chinese sellers can easy open a seller account with very low cost. so if you find such seller selling under your categary, there are no much you can do. That fool might have several computers in front of him, each computer corresponding to an account. when he is laughing you can only silently watch your business being messed with, feeling powerless.
