How can I find a breakdown of my fees charged as It is more than selling price

Hello and thank you for any assistance given. Firstly I am new to Amazon and have made three sales so far. I was checking my reports and noticed that there is no income coming to me as all income is lost to fees. I have searched and can't find a breakdown for these fees. How can I find a breakdown of these fees. I have a professional account and ship my own products.

I also noticed that I am registered to sell in all three North American stores. I really only want to sell in Canada but can not find where to change this to just Canada. It shows under USA that all my listed are inactive. I have only made sales in Canada. I have enclosed a picture of my fees report. Thank you again for any assistance.

196.48 minus 89.51 expenses equals $106.97

The $106.97 is begin held back by amazon in your Account Level Reserve - often happens if you are a new seller with estimated delivery times that are longer than your settlement period.

Hello @Seller_6G7oKuRI43KDC,

This is Josh from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our forums and welcome to selling on Amazon!

I understand that you have questions about the fees charged, and also about the stores you currently registered at.

First, about the charges, as mentioned by @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE, it is called Account Level Reserve. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the account-level reserve on your payments report. It is the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfil any financial obligations not covered by Delivery date-based reserve policies.

If you have funds in reserves, it will appear in the Account-level reserve section of the Statement view tab on your Payments report.

To learn more go to Account Level Reserve help page.

Now, about the stores. Please don't worry, once you open an account in NA (North America), it will allow you to sell on the three stores: United States, Canada and Mexico, however, you only created your account in Amazon.ca, which means that the other 2 stores are inactive. You are not being charged extra fees for that, so you can just leave them there without listing anything in those stores and continue using your CA account.

I hope this information helps. In case you need more help, don't hesitate on contacting our Seller Support team.
