Multiple Account Deactivation, Because of Different DBA Name

My seller account has been deactivated because of the multiple account policy. They pointed out two account which is not true and is actually one account, however different DBA name in USA market place. In appeals section I can see i need to accept I am aware of that account but they want me to upload the proof of reactivation of first account, which obliviously I cannot because both the accounts are same. Now, I'm trying to figure out what steps I need to take to get my seller account back up and running. Any advice on how to go about this? Thanks!
PS. I registered multiple marketplace selling in UK and UAE and USA.

Hello @Seller_zmvhj3QDNZpVS,
Thank you for posting about your multiple account policy violation.

As you mentioned having multiple marketplaces, these from our perspective are considered different stores.
If you sell in the United Kingdom, and Germany for example, each are their own store. Per our seller code of conduct, and our multiple account policy all of your stores are required to be active other wise it could cause all stores to be deactivated until the original issue is resolved.

With that said, if you navigate to your other stores, are they in an active status? If not I would strongly encourage you to reactivate them and at that point, you can acknowledge the reactivation of the other stores.

Having said all this, I am eager to get it reinstated as soon as possible.
I have submitted all the required documents in my capacity to provide the necessary information.
A copy of my ID card and passport for identity verification.
Utility Bill for Address Verification. Note: In my Company document Articles of Organization my home address is given and you can match it with my local address. I have registered the business in USA as a foreigner owned entity or Alien.
Business registration documents and EIN Tax Registration documents.
I take Amazon's selling policies very seriously and I take full responsibility for my account and its operations.
Despite doing it I am not getting anywhere.
