I received this message today and my listing was removed from Amazon.

Amazon policy prohibits the sale of smoking pipes made from silicon, metal, most woods, acrylic, glass, stone, plastic or ceramic, as well as certain accessories for such pipes. I called amazon support and I already submitted an appeal.
Tobacco smoking pipes are allowed per amazon guidelines and that is what I explained on my appeal and I also changed my product description.
I would like to ask if anyone that had a similar experience have successfully gotten the listing back ??
What did you do ? Or you just gave up ?
Should I move on and find a different product?
Should I delete the listing, get the product back and create a completely new listing??
This is my very first product and I dont know what to do.

A few years ago this used to come up quite often.
Every single time it turned out that the seller was indeed selling drug paraphernalia but simply claiming that people use those glass pipes for tobacco.
My advice: even if it is a really truly tobacco pipe -- it's going to cause you trouble, and just give up selling those on Amazon.
Now the glass pipe sellers call them something else -- everything from mugs to wind chimes. Amazon enforces policy willy nilly.
