look at your statement details....If you were suspended for IP violations it could be refunds made to customers. If you used FBA, it may be remaining inventory....

$ 574 is a lot of money. If you still have access to your account go look under "Transaction View" in "Payments". Did you ever send inventory you were not allowed to sell? If yes, these are storage fees that will increase more and more in time.
Your account is deactivated since more than one year. Or you try to reactivate it NOW or you decide no never again sell on Amazon in your life. In this case put your bank account to zero. Otherwise you will be charged till the end of your life.
