"Customs clearance delay" error for domestic shipments?
Hi everyone,
For the past year my tracking information for shipments says the shipment was delivered to a fulfilment center, then there is a "customs clearance delay" and then it says "arrived at destination port". These shipments seem to take alot longer to enter receiving and Amazon also lost one of these shipments that had the customs clearance delay.
All these shipments are domestic, from Alabama. I noticed it only happens when the partnered carrier is AAA Cooper Transportation.
I have heard other people on the forums with a similar issue. Is anyone else experiencing this and do you think it is some sort of systemic glitch that needs to be fixed by Amazon?

Hi...I've got a similar issue and as it turns out the partnered carrier is AAA Cooper. Have you used a carrier where this was not the case?

Hi @Seller_hZYY7pXQAUwqk, I would definitely like to investigate and see if other sellers are using this same carrier when experiencing a customs clearance delay. Would you mind sharing the shipment IDs for any shipments that have had this problem? It would aid in my research! Thank you in advance.
