Technical error on Deals page
We could not modify our deals on Deals page including changing the price of the SKUs.
It keeps showing an error message: "A technical error occurred".
Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Hello @Seller_3qokW9iwTIhXU
I see you posted about the technical error about 3 hours ago. I have not seen any other reports here in the forums. That doesn't mean it may not be a technical glitch. Have you reported it to us via Seller Support Contact us? Also, often clearing your cookies and cache in your browser may resolve the issue. I will keep an eye out for other posts about errors on the Deals page.
Thanks, Susan

Yes, I have the same issue. Can't add committed units and modify deal price.

We experience the issue as well and Amazon support is not that helpful. Have they already fixed you issue?

Has anyone found a resolution for this? I am trying to modify an ASIN in a Best Deal and getting the same error message.

Are you still getting the error message? I see a few other sellers posted 4 days ago. I don't want to leave an error that we might be able to fix hanging out there. Please update me if you can.

I have submitted an escalation to the team I believe is responsible for the user experience on the Deals page. I will update you all here when I get more information.
Thank you for your patience and for reporting this error in the first place.

I have learned that since the deal is already running, you will not be able to modify the committed units.
Further, I was told that seller's can add Committed Units to Best Deals. If you leave Committed Units blank when creating the deal, then the deal will run until all available in-stock units are sold. If you choose to add a value, the Deal will become SOLDOUT once that limit hits 95%. The reason for 95% is to prevent a deal from selling more than the Committed Units.
You can modify Committed Units value until the Deal runs. Once a Deal starts, you will not be able to edit the number to adjust the value. Please be careful when adding a value for Best Deal Committed Units because once the Deal starts, you will not be able to change this value.
