Premium Shipping Eligibility report/info

When I check the OTDR under the shipping performance page. it shows I have a 97.79% but says i'm not eligible for premium shipping. How do i check what caused the 83.3%?

Also anyone know how to check which orders failed the OTDR? I can only click on defect report and it's only showing one line (one order)

For premium shipping, it shows that you do just have one order that was late, and that was enough for the on-time percentage to fall below the 97% requirement.

If you are wanting to check your OTDR for all orders, then you can go here, click on the OTDR tab on the left, and then click the yellow download report button.
