Amazon Brand Registry Stuck in Pending Review!!

Hello,

I’m currently facing an urgent issue with my Amazon Brand Registry application. My case IDs are 15831956561 and 15832297471.

My brand registration status seems to be stuck in an indefinite "Pending Review" state. From what I've gathered, it appears this might be due to a mistake where the case was accidentally closed. The only apparent solution is for Amazon to manually change the status to "Rejected," allowing me to reapply with updated information.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this by contacting Amazon Seller Support via email, the responses I receive are generic and simply state that my case is "currently under review with the Amazon Brand Registry team." This response does not address the issue, and it seems my emails are not being properly reviewed or acted upon.

I am unable to reopen the cases, get a proper resolution, or even proceed with reapplying because the status remains unchanged. This situation is becoming increasingly desperate.

Could someone please assist me in having my brand registration status manually changed to "Rejected" so I can reapply with the correct information? I’m at a loss and would greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to navigate this situation.

I will provide an update as soon as I have one. Also, in case you check before your Brand Applications dashboard before I respond here, once the "status" changes from "Pending Review", to "Rejected," that is when you'll know you can reapply.
