Difficulty registering the brand and I can't open a new application
Hello,
I have been trying to resolve the issue with error 5665.
Thanks to the support response ID:16619094311, I understood what was incorrect .
I began following the instructions to fix the issue.
I need to submit a new brand creation request, but due to case ID: 16607145081, my new request is automatically rejected, and I receive a duplicate message.
All cases that arose due to this issue:
ID: 16571880901
ID: 16607145081
ID: 16607033931
ID: 16619067421
ID: 16625684431
The cases state that they are already closed. How can I delete them to prevent the duplicate message when submitting a new request?

Hello @Seller_HNPlkmP8LOcgA,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist and I really appreciate you adding the case ID's, I was able to jump right in.
I want to call out that there is a difference in Amazon Brand Registry (to register your brand) and Approval to use a brand name to list product (error 5665).
I can assist with either or both. I do not want to just repeat the responses you have been getting in your cases. If you have a Trademark for your brand name already, I recommend considering Amazon Brand Registry to unlock several selling and protection benefits. You can find these as well as much more information here: Launch your brand with Amazon. Once the brand is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, you would not have to go through the process of approving your brand name for listing.
If you do not have a Trademark or just do not want to move forward with Brand Registry at this time, you definitely can. It looks like some of the cases are pointing back to case ID 16571880901 (not 16607145081) and reviewing that case, you can respond to that one with the real world images (I'm guessing the ones from case ID 16619094311).
Let me know how it goes with the 5665 error and/or if you want any more info on enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry.
Best, Dougal
