Another computerized response for our request to sell Topicals (Hair Oil)
Hello,
We've submitted a new invoice including everything Amazon requested to be added on the invoice, but unfortunately, it was denied once again with a computerized response. The repetitive process of requesting a new invoice from the supplier is becoming problematic. Could someone please review our case ending in 2131? We've also submitted my business license information and ID as requested by Amazon. We're uncertain about the current situation. Can we please be assigned an account manager to assist with our account? This shouldn't be so tedious, especially since we're listing Hair Oils. Should we relist the item under a different category? Which Category do you recommend. Can we please get some assistance.
