Need help Contacting customer!!!
I have a customer who purchased a item from me that needed to be shipped via freight. I have provided the shipping carrier with the customers contact information along with the phone number and extension provided to me by Amazon. The shipping carrier is wanting to make the delivery but the phone number is not working. Everytime I call, I am sent straight to voicemail. I’ve left voicemails for the customer and still no response. Amazon’s system does not allow me to contact the buyer through buyer seller messages. I have no way to get in contact with the buyer in order to have this order delivered and I need help. Amazon do something.

Hello @Seller_RuEwX8ChXIjOF
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I understand you're facing a challenging situation with a freight delivery and communication issues.
Check for buyer messages, even if you can't initiate contact, the buyer might have sent you a message. Check your Buyer-Seller Messages regularly.
Ask the shipping carrier if they have any additional methods for attempting delivery or leaving notices at the delivery address.
If delivery continues to be impossible, you might need to discuss cancellation options with Amazon. However, this should be a last resort to avoid negative impacts on your metrics.
Review the order details for any special instructions the buyer might have left regarding delivery.
Ask Amazon to manually review the order and the communication attempts you've made
If this issue persists or becomes more common, you might want to consider implementing additional verification steps for freight shipments in the future, such as requiring a confirmed phone number before shipping.
