Unable to charge

I am stuck now trying to get past the UNABLE TO CHARGE error.

I have tried 2 cards. One is a Mastercard debit card, the other is a Mastercard credit card.

I verified the name on the card matches the account. I have verified the address matches the statements. I have tried multiple times to add and delete the same cards. I have checked the 16 digit numbers for accuracy. I have checked the security code and expiration date.

I have been charged miultiple times in different currencies which has left my account and stil stating not valid.

Can someone please help...

Your debit card will most likely not work.

Amazon wants credit cards.

Make sure your credit card has international charging allowed if you are not in the US.

Some have also mentioned that if you have your "debit" card or old card saved in your personal amazon's buyer account that it may effect the seller account.

So switch to a new credit card in both accounts.

Thank you for your post into Forums. I wanted to follow up and provide some more insight into this issue. I see that @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qGhas also provided some great information.

Amazon requires a true credit card to be on file. This means not pre-paid or debit. The card also must be able to accept international charges as well.

Accepted credit or debit cards

We accept the following credit or debit cards:

  • American Express
  • Diners Club
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
