Hello community, i am a year old seller at amazon us ca and mx, amazon Canada puts account to deactivation for restricted policy violation against one ASIN, but the product itself having a registered NPN number 80115085 by Canadian health authority, the restricted policy says for natural products should have a valid NPN number to sale, but my appeal still got rejected multiple times and amazon just removed my calling feature to health support team so i can get a clarity. Its been months my account is deactivated and there is no help from raising a case, no call help. Any suggestions ?
