Re-verify your Amazon seller account questions

I recently received a notification to re-verify the Amazon account seemingly out of nowhere that looks like this:

You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.

Amazon is committed to protect our customers and your account safety. We need to re-verify your identity information. Fail to complete the action might impact your ability to receive disbursement and/or result in account suspension.

I am stuck at the page to list a point of contact. I have no idea who to list as the point of contact because I can't see who they have as the point of contact on file. I do not want to submit a point of contact that is incorrect and have our selling privileges removed. Our current business model is that an employee runs the account. Does the point of contact need to be the registered business owner? Or the employee that runs the Amazon account? I looked through our account info but the only name I can see other than the business name is the customer account name which can be changed easily and doesn't seem to be connected to the seller account.

I reached out to Amazon Support with my questions and received this message:

This forum is my only hope since Amazon refuses to answer simple questions or offer assistance in this matter. I am not de-activated, this is just a random re-verification check that I have noticed others are receiving as well when I combed through the forums looking for answers to my questions. My questions are:

Who do I list as the point of contact, does it need to be the registered business owner or the employee that runs the account?

If I put the employee as the point of contact, does that count as the employee being the owner of the account, preventing that employee from ever starting their own Amazon seller account in the future (since you can only have one seller account per lifetime)?

If the point of contact needs to match who is listed on file, where can I check to see who it is?

我也收到了邮件,并且在点击重新验证的时候,没有办法进行点击,显示的是”目前尚不支持当前的业务类型。请稍后重试。“没办法点击任何东西。

”outstanding document“ 意思是资料不合格,原因一般是:

1.身份证照片要提供正反面,彩色的,但是要合并成1张图。

2.营业执照,只接受相机拍照或者扫描的,并且必须是彩色的。

”outstanding document“ 这个问题我也遇过,重新提交资料之后,已经通过了审核。可是,现在后台还是显示”目前,您对亚马逊销售服务的访问受限。“

到今天,我开了5个case,也没有一个客服来解决,全部踢皮球,明天继续找人工客服。

加油,有新情况大家多交流吧,中国人帮助中国人。
