If you buy shipping thru Amazon they will take care of the customs paperwork. There are a few variable answers to this question.

Sometimes they offer DHL, and its paperless, because its confirmed by Amazon somehow. But there are some additional questions if you use their shipping, and it also depends on the address its going to. DHL will not go to a PO Box, so there isn't one answer to this question, but yes, you are good to go with customs, shipping thru Amazon.

I am assuming your question has to do with shipping to a buyer in Canada.

The answer to that question depends on which platform the order came through.

If a Canadian buyer orders through the Canadian platform, they must not be required to pay any sort of customs/ import duties or fees.

If the Canadian buyer placed their order on the dot com site, then the buyer is responsible for paying customs.

However, that does not mean it's okay for you to use UPS (not okay in either case). But in the case of Canadian buyer ordering on the Canadian site, you would not be able to use USPS -- it would probably have to be DHL.
