Veeqo - Is it the crapware it seems ?
My experience was brief, but caused me to uninstall & cease using this crapware called Veeqo. Looking to reality test here cause it seems hard to believe that a company that Amazon promotes over its own shipping service can be SO VERY BAD.
1. For an expansive shipping program, it can't do the most basic things like print a 2-up mailing label formatted for label paper. How can that be?
2. From what others have said, the label generated cannot be easily scanned by USPS, rendering it even more useless.
3. From what I've seen, confirmed by their "support", there is no way to print a stream of labels. Its one by one. How can this be ?
4.Their direct print driver is clearly amateurishly written. The About option produces a window that merely says "Hello World"
5. While support is essential to get going with this crapware and identify problems that would suggest not using it, it is by email only, is not responsive and indeed they actually offered me no real help for any of the problems I asked about.
6. Work flow is miserable; very difficult to sort into any useful order or to see what has been processed and what hasn't.
7. As others have said & quote, Amazon promises to take care of any problem with shipping issues - yet does not. You get stuck with costs of INR due to a failure of the labels to scan, and resulting A-Zs and impacts on your metrics.
This stuff is pure crapware IMO.

Hey @Seller_dvHveFobdI19eKevin here from Veeqo Support o/
I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. I would like to shine a light in some of your points
1- Veeqo is Free! Can you give me some more details of what happened here as it does not charge customers to use?
2- Did you have any issues with USPS scanning your labels lately? We didn't have any cases of labels not scanning recently. If so, can you give me any examples so I can have a look?
3- You can bulk print up to 1000 labels in bulk in Veeqo. To do that, you just need to tick the checkbox on the left in the orders page > actions > print.
4- Veeqo uses the same integration Amazon does for printing. Although they call QZ Tray, we call it Direct Print. We have some helpguides on this matter if you want to know more: HERE IT IS
5- We offer support via live chat, email and phone calls. To open a chat with us, click on the Help button at the top right > chat with us > follow the prompts. If you want to give us a call, you can find our number HERE.
6- Veeqo has 3 order views by default. One showing all orders, a second one showing only ready to ship orders and the last one showing shipped orders. You can create more views with other filters if you want. I'll leave this article here with more information for you: CLICK ME
7- Veeqo offers protection agains negative feedback and A-Z claims. If you purchase Amazon's Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Labels with Amazon Buy Shipping's A-to-Z Guarantee will show the green "Protected" shield beside the service. If you have any issues with this, open a ticket with us and we go from there.
Let me know if this helps =)

Never had issues with scanning, though print quality is definately poor. I'm actually surprised some of the packages even make it due to the legibility of the address.
Workflow is mediocre at best and the system is horrificaly slow. Have fun trying to add a manual order in under a few minutes.
There does not seem to be ANY benefit at all over just buying the labels in bulk directly on the Amazon platform.
We print 100 of labels at a time (the page limits view to 100 orders, so we just print what's in view). They auto print and it generates a PDF of labels & another PDF of packing slips (a setting). No issue for us there.
There is no "support." A system problem was identified and we were 100% brushed off, even after following up. A few days later they sent out notice of the system-wide problem.
Have not had an issue with INR. It's still an Amazon Buy Shipping service, regardless of the platform the label is purchased on. We only use it for USPS and so far everything we've seen has an individual package scan separate from the USPS SCAN form. Though we have had a lot more packages misrouted, delayed and lost, it's unclear if that's a USPS problem or label problem. Because we cannot determine, we absolutely limit what we use it for.
We will discontinue use after the 60+ days of the 5% label credits. We're only using it for those credits and look forward to the end.
If we had to pay for the software, it would've been cancelled on day 1.

Been using veeqo for months and if we had to rate it out of 10 we would go with 6.
In our experience the workflow is fairly user friendly. You can build your own order sort system. We use one for each channel and then one combined "needs shipping". The data reporting like sales and such is fairly user friendly.
However, as the OP said it is VERY VERY SLOW. We usually filter the pages down to 25 orders just to make the software functional otherwise you just stare at the circle of death.
Never had any issue with label quality. We will NOT try QZ tray or any other auto print as we tried QZ tray once and could print no labels of any kind for a full day.
Veeqo's "support" is dreadfully bad. We had an issue a few weeks ago where veeqo oversold or item by about 8 Amazon orders. (More on that in a minute). Two weeks later of "BEING ESCALATED" (YEAH RIGHT) we were told that the issue was on Amazon's end and we would need to contact Amazon seller support (Yeah, that's funny). How can an Amazon owned company point the finger at Amazon? We asked support to explain this as Veeqo is owned by Amazon and everyone knows Amazon seller support is a black hole. Response..... gibberish.
THE LARGEST PROBLEM WE HAVE WITH VEEQO IS: Inventory management.
5 to 10 times a week they oversell a product. We have sent their "Support" screenshots of Veeqo showing negative 1 or 2 inventory. Response..... gibberish.
Honestly, we are looking to pay for a different program but it is hard to find a program that does in fact integrate with so many selling platforms as well as Veeqo. One has to speculate if that is why Amazon bought them to begin with. Think of the data Amazon is mining from this. That has to be why it's "FREE".
If you're looking to try Veeqo just be aware of the inventory management problem. It is a constant issue for us to not cancel orders and get in trouble with Amazon. We of course know that neither Amazon or Veeqo will support us over that problem. Veeqo does work "Usually". Just be aware fo how slow it will be and be aware it WILL oversell your products and there is NO SUPPORT.

Its gotten much much better in the last year. Still not perfect but I have worked with them a few times on fixing errors. Havent had an issue with unscannable labels but printing is super slow which is probably my main gripe. They've fixed some bugs with Inventory Control and I'm really pleased with it now. It can also push MCF orders. The iOS app is pretty nice too. I use it to pick orders.

Veeqo is not the best platform that is for sure but all your complaints are not true except for number 6.

We've had our issues with Veeqo, but we've never had problems with USPS being able to read labels. I would agree with the support side. No real help with the things that are broke (like shipping to a military base). Work flow was different than we were used to, but after trying them for 6 months we became used to it.
For us, the main part that pushed us to leave Veeqo was when we realized their system kept changing information on Etsy orders and causing us to ship the wrong thing.

Used it a day or two dropped it
Reasons
Cannot print label, pack slip together,
Was a nightmare when I spoke with support to print in bulk and only 25 at a time.
Free is irrelevant if it doesn't work with your processes
Labels were no cheaper ( promised better rates) then what i was already getting
Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY
I attempted to use it but saw the rates were worse.
Im not going to spend $2 to get 2 cents in kickbacks....

Veeqo was acquired by Amazon. So it's an Amazon company right now.
